718 Wind Turbine Safety: 200 Feet High in a Fire

Description: This session is a forensic engineering case study of a wind tower safety and fire. There were three workers in the nacelle 210 feet high with only one means of egress. One of the three was on the far side of the fire and unable to exit the nacelle safely. His choice was the fire or fall, he elected to fall.
