Description: EHS Management Systems are the foundation to building and sustaining world-class safety performance. But all too often an EHS management system can become an EHS manager’s system. Attendees will be taken on a journey showing how a major Fortune 500 company initially designed, implemented and finally revised its system into a global, enterprise process that drives consistent correlation between implementation and desired results achieved. There will be a discussion of how the system realized correlation starting with a foundation of cultural enablers and culminating with an intentional focus on EHS results. Finally, a discussion of the how the system is measured, scored, and used as a leading indicator will be presented.
