Description: This session will begin by presenting the data required to complete an accurate incident root cause analysis. The second half will present data management tools that the SH&E professional can use and easily manage in order to conduct an analysis of the accumulated data. The much maligned and little understood data management tools that are commercially available will be discussed with samples shown to the attendees to enable them to develop their own data tools.
