Description: Delivering a pre-shift exercise/stretching program that is beneficial and sustainable can present challenges. Mayo Clinic used a mind-body approach to develop a unique 15 minute program to improve employee flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Mayo Clinic instructors will demonstrate how to establish a cost effective, time efficient, 'Mindful Movements' program within the confines of any work environment.
