Description: Good ergonomic data is critical in defining the physical, sensory and mental requirements of a job, as well as developing a system to compare an individual's pre-existing medical conditions with the job stressors. This session will include how to analyze a job, various testing strategies, cost/benefit analysis and ADA, EEOC concerns.
