Description: Annually on playgrounds across the country, approximately 156,000 children experience injuries that require emergency room treatment. This session will provide today’s safety professional, parent, or child-care provider information that will help them assess play areas used by children in their care. Resources, inspection procedures and equipment will be discussed to assist the inspector with the inspection procedure.
