Description: This session covers basic camera operations and helps beginners grow more familiar with camera functions. Learn: auto focus vs. manual focus and when to use each; macro settings and how they differ from normal lens operation; aperture-priority, shutter-priority and manual modes as well as when to use each; digital resolution and when you need only a few pixels or a lot of them. The rules of composition, documentation for reports, depth of field, optimum distances and flash output will be discussed.
