Description: Learn how a privately held poultry processor was able to: reduce the total cost of risk; reduce the number of WC claims for 5 consecutive years; decrease their insurance premium; and launch a corporate wide ergonomic injury prevention initiative at three locations. These results were achieved while the company was implementing a formal six sigma process and a major expansion at one of its plants.
