Description: In the US, the EPA has taken the lead role for the regulation of nanotechnology, including potential workplace exposures. This session will examine the distinctions between the EPA's and OSHA's approach to regulations. It will also present other countrys' nanotechnology regulatory schemes, along with contributions from organizations such as NIOSH and ACGIH.
